Angus is a believer of keeping the process of building a home a personal experience for the client.  All communication and supervision is performed by the builder from the design stage through to handing over the keys on completion.  The construction process is made as smooth and efficient as possible as each client has their own Login details to a Client Portal Page to manage all communication.  Here the client can view Contract Documents, manage Selections for their project, view Project Gantt Chart, progress photos and access all messaging for the job.

Angus Cowan Constructions has long term relationships with experienced tradesmen and consultants and quality suppliers and has built and renovated some of Brisbane’s finest homes. The majority of our work comes from referrals from our previous clients.

Angus has been building in the residential construction industry since 1991.  Angus gained his builders License and formed Angus Cowan Constructions Pty Ltd in 1999.

Tricia Bobilak
Office Manager

Tricia has been a part of Angus Cowan Constructions since 2020 and brings over 25 years of administration experience to the team.  With this extensive administrative experience, knowledge, time management, and organisational skills, Tricia provides valuable administrative support in the day-to-day operations of Angus Cowan Constructions and our clients, contractors, and suppliers.

Paul Williams
Head Carpenter | Supervisor

Paul has been with Angus Cowan Constructions since 2002.  Paul has dual trades, being Carpentry and a Boiler Maker, and has extensive experience in the renovation industry.

Paul assists Angus in the coordination of on-site trades, material orders, and also provides valuable assistance in the training of our apprentices.

Duan Hulse
Carpenter

Duan joined Angus Cowan Constructions in 2020 and is a valuable contribution to the Carpentry team and will soon start a supervisory role with the company.

Ayden Dunne
Carpenter

Ayden started with Angus Cowan Constructions as an Apprentice in 2016 and is now a qualified Carpenter. Ayden has been assisting the Head Carpenter on many homes and will soon be supervising his own projects.

Kell Geard
Carpenter

Kell was a 3rd-year Apprentice when he started with Angus Cowan Constructions in 2018 and is now a qualified Carpenter.  Kell used to reside over the ditch, however now states he’ll never leave and is close to supporting the Wallabies.  Kell is an asset to the team and will soon be running his own projects.

Daniel Watson
Carpenter

Dan joined the team in 2020 after just completing his apprenticeship, and is fast becoming a valued Carpenter on our team.

Jake Tierney
Apprentice Carpenter

Jake joined Angus Cowan Constructions in 2019 as a first-year Apprentice and is keen to study Construction Management after his apprenticeship.  Jake assists the Head Carpenter on many projects and aspires to become Head Carpenter and run his own project when he’s not on the rugby field.

Harry Windle
Apprentice Carpenter

Harry started his carpentry apprenticeship with our team in 2020 and assists and continues to learn from the Head Carpenter on our renovation projects.
